Wyaralong Dam is a 50 m high, 490 m long RCC dam with a centrally located ungated primary spillway and stilling basin. The dam has a secondary spillway located on the left abutment with an apron directing the flow back into the stilling basin. The total volume of RCC will be approximately 185,000 m3, with the RCC mix utilising the onsite clay cemented sandstone aggregate.
