Entura will once again have a strong presence at Clean Energy Week, Australia’s largest event for the renewable energy and energy efficiency industries. Entura will be attending in collaboration with Hydro Tasmania, a silver sponsor of the conference.

Entura invites you to join us at booth 132 of the conference exhibition to meet our industry experts, and talk with them about the exciting projects we’ve been working on, both in Australia and overseas.

You can also Jay Knight, Acting Manager Water and Environment, Melbourne, give a presentation during the ‘Wind resource and planning’ session on Thursday at 1.30pm. Jay’s presentation will cover the latest updates to the Clean Energy Councils ‘Best practice guidelines for implementation of wind energy projects in Australia’, which is one of our current projects. Jay will discuss the reasons for update, key changes to the document, and what it all means for the industry.

In addition, two of our Hydro Tasmania colleagues will be giving interesting presentations. Stephen Davy, Chief Commercial Officer at Hydro Tasmania, will present a session on ‘Carbon price impacts on Australia’s Energy Markets’ at the Carbon Markets session at 1.30pm on Wednesday. And on Friday, Simon Gamble, Manager Small Renewable Asset Development, will talk about the King Island energy development as part of the session on ‘Off grid’ at 10.30am.
